Jackson E. Oliver
Partner
Mr. Oliver is a real estate (“dirt”) legal scholar. His expertise coupled with his technical knowledge of civil procedure makes him a formidable legal adversary. As an attorney, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and closed thousands of real estate transactions. Mr. Oliver excels at closing complex multi-parcel assemblages because his real estate title knowledge allows him to solve puzzles that leave others perplexed. Mr. Oliver’s love of problem-solving extends to dispossessory practice where, starting during the Great Recession, he contended with prosecuting thousands of evictions, which involved post-foreclosure issues and the application of the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act.
Mr. Oliver is a native of Gainesville, Georgia, and currently lives with his wife and children in Sandy Springs, Georgia, where he is an active member of the community.
